Born & raised amidst the vibrant chaos of Indian streets, my earliest memories are laced with the aromas of roadside chaat, sizzling tandoor and family kitchen alive the spices. Childhood in India was more than just growing up— it was an education in flavour , balance and soul.
In my 20’s my journey expanded beyond borders as I immersed myself in global cuisines, eventually finding a new culinary home in UK & Europe. it was here that I fell in love with the precision and artistry of French Patisserie and the sophistication of European produce.
Over the years, I’ve worked in every corner of hospitality- from buzzing street food stalls and lively pubs to fine dining restaurants, supper clubs, catering kitchens and even Michelin-Starred Establishments. Every experience added a new layer to my craft.
Today, I bring it all together- reviving the nostalgic tastes of Street food, School memories through Canteen’s, Re-defining the forgotten recipes from Awadh and Lucknow, Awakening the aromas of spices from the lanes of Nizamudin, Delhi 6, and presenting them with the finesse of European culinary technique.
This is my offering: a celebration of heritage, memory, and elegance on every plate..
